Since RNA is easily degradedby abundant exogenous or endogenous RNases, it is essential that the solutionbe maintained in a safe environment especially for long term storage. The lowpH (pH 6.4) and chelating component (sodium citrate) of PureSaver RNA StorageSolution helps to stabilize the RNA in solution. PureSaver RNA Storage Solutionis guaranteed sterile and RNase-free for reliable performance. PureSaver RNAStorage Solution will not inhibit downstream reactions such as RT-PCR, transcriptionor translation reactions, and Northerns.
