Total proteinisolated by this solution can be used for downstream applications including SDSPAGE,Western blotting, gel mobility shift assays, protein assays and otherprocedures. The AffiSelectTotal Protain Extraction Solution is modified RIPAlysis buffer which contains 6 protease inhibitor cocktails. There is no need toadd protease inhibitor during cell lysis process.
