Ceraplex Keratinocyte Serum-Free Complete Media is a serum-free medium for optimized for the cultivation of epithermalKeratinocytes without feeder cells. The medium is optimized for primary human cells but can be used for horse and Porcine and rat keratinocytes when adapting the CaCl₂concentration. In addition, it is suited for rat corneal keratinocytes. BPE,EGF,Insulin,Hydrocortisone,Epinephrine,Transferrin and CaCl₂are contained in the medium.
