bovine serum (FBS). Such sera must be carefully controlled and tested. FBS, Mouse Pluripotent Stem Cell Optimized utilizes sera screened for ES Cell and added some nutrient and factors for high quality stem cell quality in an undifferentiated state.
FBS, Mouse ES/iPS Cell Optimized is ready-to-use formulation and do not required additional heat-inactivation. Heat inactivation may break down nutrients added.
